Privacy
Privacy at Maple Palette.
We keep the website simple and collect personal information only when it is needed to operate the event, respond to questions, or provide a service you choose to use.

Information you choose to provide
Maple Palette may receive personal information when you contact us, submit an application, register competition entries, purchase event or workshop tickets, provide event feedback, or otherwise send information to the event team.
The exact information collected depends on the activity. We try to request only what is reasonably needed to operate that activity.
Third-party services
Some Maple Palette activities use third-party services rather than being processed directly by this website. These may include ticketing/payment providers, form providers, Google services used for event operations or photo archives, social platforms, and website infrastructure providers.
When you use one of those services, its own privacy terms and policies also apply.
Website analytics
Maple Palette may use website analytics to understand general site traffic and improve the website. Analytics are only enabled when the site’s analytics configuration is active.
Painting Studio tools
Browser-based Painting Studio tools such as Pigment Quest are designed to perform their interactive processing locally in your browser. Pigment Quest does not require an account or store your palettes in a Maple Palette account/database. If website analytics are enabled, normal page-visit information may still be collected as described above.
Photos and competition entries
Event photography and competition-entry photos may be used only where Maple Palette has the appropriate permission or another valid basis to do so. Competition registration explains how submitted entry photos may be used when photo permission is requested.
Questions or requests
For privacy questions, corrections, or concerns about information you have provided to Maple Palette, contact [email protected].
This notice may be updated as Maple Palette’s website, event systems, or service providers change.
