Before you start

Ticket first or entries first? Keep it simple.

Adult competitors need a ticket option that includes competition access. Competitors age 16 and under can compete free.

You do not need to register your pieces immediately after buying a ticket. Return to this page whenever you are ready. After you submit, keep the private edit link emailed to you so you can make changes before online editing closes.

Piece information

Keep it useful, not burdensome.

For each piece, registration collects a descriptive name, optional collaborators, and an optional photo. The photo helps the competition team identify the work and may help with the awards presentation.

Photo permission: I give Maple Palette permission to use my submitted entry photos for event operations, awards presentations, and Maple Palette event-related media.
